The Contractor shall work to continuously improve the quality of services provided to DHS and its beneficiaries by identifying potential areas for quality improvement (QI), researching, and designing QI projects, providing academic detailing of QI projects, and managing the programs and services outlined in this Scope of Work. The Contractor shall perform all services described in this RFP and shall comply with all applicable state and federal statutes, regulations, and policies transmitted through published notices, letters, manual provisions, or transmittals. The Contractor, either directly or through subcontractors, shall be able to provide all necessary services and meet all the requirements requested in this RFP and Attachment C - Performance Based Contracting. The Contractor is encouraged to propose solutions in addition to the minimums stated, including new technology solutions. For each deliverable outlined in this RFP, the Contractor shall: A. Provide all services and meet all requirements requested in this RFP and all attachments. B. Perform services and produce required deliverables by the due dates outlined in this RFP. C. Comply with all state and federal security and privacy laws, regulations, and policies, including HIPAA, HITECH, and related breach notification laws and directives. D. Provide support for the CMS Certification process in accordance with most current CMS certification guidance and in compliance with state and federal expectations. E. Maintain all data in accordance with state and federal regulations. F. Provide Contract updates on its activities and progress, at minimum, on a quarterly basis with final schedule to be agreed upon by the parties, unless a more frequent schedule is indicated in a specific provision of this contract. DHS reserves the right amend the schedule upon thirty (30) days written notice to the Contractor. G. Maintain the level of expertise required to perform all services and produce all deliverables required in this RFP.
