The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to: • Furnish, install, remove, repair, replace, and diagnose all types of overhead doors, including: o Sectional panel doors o Rolling curtain doors o Man doors o Sliding fire doors o Rubberized overhead doors • Repair and maintain automatic openers and control circuits. Services include but are not limited to: a. Preventative maintenance and inspections as scheduled by the County b. On-call repair services for overhead doors c. Emergency repairs at Fire Stations and Public Safety Buildings d. Emergency response within two (2) hours of service call e. Maintain expert knowledge of commercial overhead door systems f. Provide all necessary vehicles, lifts, and tools g. Maintain all required professional licenses h.
