This event requires portable restrooms, handwashing stations, gray water, and grease containers. The company awarded a service contract must be on-call throughout the event and provide clean, functional, and well-maintained equipment and facilities. Paid staff at Festival headquarters will coordinate and communicate needs or problems with on-call personnel from the contractor throughout the event. The contractor’s management staff must coordinate drop-off, pick-up, and container sizes with the paid technical team of the Festival. In recent years, necessary equipment and servicing have included 59 portable restrooms, 4 handicap-accessible restrooms, 13 handwashing stations* (provided by the Festival), 12 gray water containers ranging from 200 to 450 gallons, and up to three 350-gallon grease containers.
