DFA is seeking a more robust COTS that can support multiple regulatory types and that is a Contractor hosted system that adds additional functionality to support the business needs of DFA and its customers. Objectives and goals for the new system include but are not limited to the following: • Increase efficiency of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) and Arkansas Tobacco Control (ATC) processes and allow staff to do more work with less effort. • Enable complete and accurate enforcement accountability of alcohol, tobacco, and medical marijuana (MMJ) licenses, taxes, fines, and fees collection. • Allow ABC and ATC to increase services offered without increasing the number of existing staff. • Replace existing payment processing system. • Facilitate all Alcohol and Tobacco license activities through a single portal. • Provide enhanced user experience for licensees and ABC/ATC/Enforcement staff.
