Conduct pre-work analysis to evaluate current performance and research prior to beginning working groups. Review of current Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats (SWOT) analysis of all clinical, non-clinical, Life Safety and other operational policies, procedures, and guidelines of SNSVH. Each section/team will be listed below to include list of summary of each department, key personnel, and items requested for review and IDT approach.
