integration of our EAM system with other programs that will provide KCAB with key data collection and/or operational benefits building of custom reporting and/or tools to assist in data extraction for usable analysis create and implement flex business rules to enhance efficiency provide technical support where needed and assist with resolving issues in the EAM system supply supporting documentation when requested provide high level training if need is identified work with stakeholders when requested to better understand needs of affected parties work and collaborate with KCAB IT department to ensure updates, implementations, and changes are in-line with the current framework and infrastructure provide recommendations and consultations on best practices as it relates to the EAM system. 1.6.2. Consultation Consultant must provide expert advice and guidance on selection, implementation, and optimization of available tools in the EAM system. Guidance must be based on past successes and asset management best practices. If requested, the Consultant must provide support in determining and advising on asset maintenance strategies that will provide effective results. Consultant must also provide KCAB with innovative ways to improve or enhance the processes used regarding the EAM system.
