Tucson Water (TW) is seeking a construction manager at risk (CMAR) to provide construction services for the development of an Advanced Water Purification (AWP) Demonstration Facility. The AWP Demonstration Facility will meet the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) AWP rule and guidelines. The Demonstration Facility will also serve as a community engagement and education facility. The AWP Demonstration Facility will be housed within the City’s previous Reclaimed Water Treatment Plant filter building at 2550 W. Sweetwater Drive in Tucson, Arizona. The AWP Demonstration Facility project will include: Building upgrades, AWP equipment installation, Piping modifications, and Sitework including landscaping, paving and a parking lot.
