Project 1 (one) will be for the total design & construction of a Multi-Use Pavilion at NW Regional Park at the Pleasant Hill: Project Budget: The proposed budget, which shall cover all design, equipment, and installation, is up to $650,000. Proposals should be designed to fall within this budgeted amount. Project Description: This project includes the construction of a multi-functional recreational facility designed to support a variety of community activities. Key components of the project are as follows: Covered Pavilion Structure: Construction of an approximately 9,500 square foot covered pavilion designed to house a multi-sport court. The structure will provide overhead protection from sun and rain, allowing for year-round use and program flexibility. Multi-Sport Court (Under Pavilion): The surface beneath the pavilion will be a poured concrete, lined for both basketball and or pickleball - • One (1) full basketball court with goal • Two (2) pickleball courts with portable or fixed nets Or same court with multi use for both basketball and pickleball • Striping and layout to allow for shared use with clearly defined markings for each sport • Equipment storage for nets and accessories Restroom Facilities: Construction of permanent, ADA-compliant (2) unit family/shared restrooms, integrated within the pavilion to support users of the courts and nearby amenities. Site Location and Connectivity: The pavilion and courts will be constructed adjacent to the tournament baseball/softball complex, tennis courts and playground, creating a central recreation hub that promotes family engagement and active lifestyles. Additional Amenities: The pavilion will include:  Overhead lighting  Electrical service  Fans and/or ventilation as needed Site Improvements: Includes all necessary grading, drainage, utility connections, ADA-accessible pathways, and landscaping to integrate the facility into the existing park system. Project Description: This project includes the design and construction of a single, large, outdoor multi-use sports court designed to flexibly accommodate either four (4) regulation-sized pickleball courts or two (2) full-size basketball courts. This shared-use approach maximizes recreational space and allows for adaptable programming based on community needs and time-of-day usage patterns. Key components of the project are as follows: 1. Site Preparation: • Site selection, surveying, and grading • Clearing, drainage improvements, and erosion control • Installation of compacted subgrade and base materials for court foundation 2. Multi-Use Court Construction: • Single large playing surface (~120' x 80' minimum recommended) • High-performance asphalt or concrete court base • Application of multi-sport acrylic surfacing system with color-coded striping for both sports • Court lines: o Four (4) pickleball courts (20' x 44' each) o Two (2) basketball courts (50' x 84' each, overlapping or adjacent) • Court orientation to optimize sun/wind exposure as site conditions permit 3. Sports Equipment Installation: • Heavy-duty basketball goals (2 per court, 4 total) • Pickleball net systems (removable posts and nets system) • Court anchors and storage space for nets (if removable) 4.
