The Contractor must: Determine educational content based on the needs identified from the analysis of Idaho CAH and RHC data, and additional reports and surveys. Topics must not be limited by the data collected. Identify relevant educational topics and speakers and reviewing the recommended speakers with the Department for approval prior to finalizing the contractual arrangement of speakers for the conference. Identify, secure, and Contract four to seven (4-7) expert speakers with demonstrated experience in rural healthcare topics. Coordinate speaker logistics including travel, lodging, and presentation materials. Ensure speakers address relevant issues such as: Workforce development and recruitment in rural areas ; Leadership ; Telehealth innovations ; Cybersecurity ; Networking and Peer to Peer Engagement Opportunities to discuss topics related to overcoming current challenges, and strategies to improve performance, share best practices and to learn about relevant innovations, and trends. Managing Data, Reporting for Quality Measures ; Coding and Billing ; Program Compliance ; Funding and sustainability for rural health facilities ; Design post-event surveys and evaluations to gauge knowledge gains, event success, and future recommendations for other rural healthcare events. Facilitate comprehensive in-person scheduling for all conference speakers. The Contractor must ensure that each speaker is fully briefed on the expectations for the day of the event, including but not limited to their individual presentation times. Speakers should also be made aware of the full conference agenda and encouraged to participate in additional activities such as scheduled meals, open sessions, and networking opportunities to support their full engagement throughout the event.
