Prep old/existing roof as needed and install foam and silicone roof application. 1. Remove and/or vacuum rock and ballast off roof and prep for foam. This step will need to be done during off hours for the school. Evenings, Weekends, etc… 2. Power wash existing membrane to remove all loose debris as needed. 3. Special care to seal and coat around all penetrations, pitch pans, and edge treatments. 4. Apply one and a half inch (1 ½”) of VFI closed cell polyurethane foam per factory specifications to entire roof area. 5. Avoid spraying gas lines, conduit, and ac drain lines. 6. Apply 32 mills of VFI Sealguard 990 white silicone to entire surface area of foam. 7. Broadcast granules into top coating at 30 lbs per square. 8. Apply roofing material while its above 70 degrees and under 110 degrees, or as recommended by the manufacturer.
