Contractor shall ensure the following service requirements are enforced: A. General Duties for All Locations: Security Guards’ duties include, but are not limited to: 1. Protect the safety of the facility and prevent security breaches. 2. Monitor and control entry to facility. 3. Security Guards must prohibit anyone other than persons carrying valid identification from entering the facility. 4. Security Guards must ensure that only individuals listed below are authorized into the facility: a. TMD or Contractor supplied Security Guards during the performance of his or her duty shift. b. Army National Guardsmen serving in their official capacity. c. Personnel from the Department of Defense (DoD) serving in their official capacity. d. Law enforcement officials and other first responders serving in their official capacity. e. Visitors are authorized on site only with an escort by an individual identified below: i. Security Guards during the performance of his or her duty shift, Army National Guardsmen serving in their official capacity. ii. Personnel from DoD serving in their official capacity. iii. Law enforcement officials and other first responders serving in their official capacity. 5. Security Guard must prevent and minimize fire, theft, damage and trespassing on the facility. 6.
