CONCESSIONS: 9. If proposing to operate food vending booths or concession trailers, list type (i.e. cold drink, hot drink, snack, food) and proposed location, as well as vending prices. 10. A proposed menu and proposed prices of the items to be sold at each of the Carnival Rides and Concession Stands and Food Booths. 11. A list of all food and drink concessions are provided at least two months in advance not to conflict with City event vendors. 12. The City reserves the right to inspect and evaluate the operation and condition of the food service facilities at any time with respect to the quality and quantity of food sold and served, the methods of service, and generally with respect to the safety, sanitation, and maintenance of the facilities and equipment, all of which shall be maintained at levels satisfactory to the City. The Contractor shall meet all health and food standards and regulations set forth by the City and all federal, state and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
