Jefferson County Commission desires to establish a contract for “FRESH BREAD & ROLLS” for the Youth Detention Center (YDC) and PACA members. The bread must consist of flour, water, salt, yeast, leavening agents, emulsifiers or other stabilizers, mold inhibitors and other ingredients appropriate for the type of bread specified in this solicitation. Unless forbidden by regulation of the Federal Food and Drug Administration (FDA), all white bread furnished shall be that bread known as “enriched bread”.
