General Responsibilities • preparation of bid specifications and documents in accordance with applicable State and federal bidding requirements; • review contractor’s bids and assist in selecting the appropriate bidder; • monitor, review and inspect the quality and performance of work provided by the selected contractor; • approve payments to the contractors; and • prepare punch list and perform contract closeout. Firms and/or persons responding to this RFQ shall be able to demonstrate that they will have the continuing capabilities to perform these services. • Function as Q.P.A. of record for the JMEUC • Included 24/7 access, emails, texts, phone calls, oversight of all procurement related activities • Other services as deemed necessary by the Executive Director of the JMEUC
