It is the intent of the Joint Meeting to solicit Qualification Statements from Respondents that have expertise in the provision of Auditing Services. Firms and/or persons responding to this RFP shall be able to demonstrate that they will have the continuing capabilities to perform these services: 1. Perform Annual Audit to include department and agencies pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:5-4. 2. Review the Annual Budget, Financial and Debt Statement prior to their filing/adoption 7 consistent with statutory deadlines. 3. Perform audit of all required plans, grants, etc. as needed. 4. Respond to inquiries concerning financial and tax matters associated with the Joint Meeting on an as needed basis. 5. Such other accounting and auditing services as the Joint Meeting may require
