Product Supply • Provide sofas, lounge chairs, sectionals, ottomans, occasional tables, high-top tables/stools, gaming or multipurpose tables, and related accessories as specified in the RFP. • All items must meet BIFMA performance standards for public seating and tables, with upholstery suitable for high-traffic use (≥100,000 double rubs). • Furniture must comply with fire safety requirements (TB 117-2013) and all applicable federal/state safety standards. Design & Standards • Ensure consistency with College-approved finishes, fabrics, and design standards. • Design mix of high-top and low-top tables, lounge seating with counter-height work surface, integrated power options, pit group seating, and furniture that maximizes space use while maintaining flexibility. • Provide samples upon request (finishes, fabrics, components) for review and approval prior to order placement.
