Hayti Promise seeks a qualified community partner to deliver property resiliency services, including green energy improvements, legal assistance, and property tax relief support for eligible residents within the Fayetteville Street Corridor project area to help participants become more resilient to adverse legal, financial, or regulatory conditions. Qualified proposers will have 20+ years of organizational experience successfully delivering similar public-serving or mission-focused projects for non-profit or government clients using public funding, as described in the Scope of Work specified in Appendix A hereto.
