Line 1: Initial Mowing and weed-eating all grass area as depicted on map (+- 3.9 acres). - Price is per cut/service – QTY 1 - Weed eating should be, at a minimum, around buildings, signs, earthen piers and at lake’s edge. - First cut will occur prior to 4/1/2026 in coordination with lake manager - Remaining cuts will occur every three weeks (3) starting the first week of April.
