HCPS has partnered with our current Dell service provider Electronic Systems (ESI/Xerox IT Solutions, LLC) to have all surplus laptops inventoried, data wiped, boxed, shrink wrapped and palletized. HCPS maintained extended warranty and accidental damage coverage for the lease term and most laptops were in working condition when taken out of service in May of 2025; however, the County makes no guarantee of the working condition of the laptops. The laptops have a 2” x 1 ½” metal asset tag affixed to the top case. All laptops will be data wiped back to the C:\ prompt with no remaining passwords in place. 4. Each pallet of Dell laptops is packed and shrink wrapped. 54 pallets contain 264 laptops each; 1 pallet contain 272 laptops. The 461 laptops with damaged LCD, power issues and extensive damage have been placed in 2 gaylord pallets. Asset data will be provided electronically in a spreadsheet format to the Successful Bidder.
