Inspect and as necessary replace/repair insulation under the cab. Inspect and as necessary repair/replace windshield wiper motors and arms. Install new wiper blades. Left (Driver) side rear cab window shall be replaced with a new window. Inspect and as necessary replace seals on all 3 cab entry doors. Inspect and as necessary replace window seals on all 3 cab entry doors. Inspect wrap around plastic dash, clean and repair as necessary. Install two cupholders in the cab on driver and passenger sides. Replace Driver and Officer side mirrors. Replace round convex mirrors on both sides of the vehicle. Replace body entrance bellows rubber on rear wall of cab. Inspect that cab and repair any cracks identified. Convert current crew cab area into two work stations, design should include shelving and cabinetry. Conduct full inspection of vehicle (dashboard) HVAC system and repair/replace components as necessary. Ensure proper function of system. Replace cab roof mounted AC unit with a new system that can be run while the vehicle is being driven. Unit should have panel mounted controls. Unit should be able to run off of shore power when vehicle is parked and hooked up to appropriate power supply. Inspect engine and drivetrain. Perform complete preventative maintenance on all components per manufacturer’s recommendations. Replace/repair as necessary. Inspect function of engine exhaust retarder and perform basic maintenance and repairs as necessary. Install two new vented and locking fuel caps.
