Scheduled Tasks The scheduled tasks should be designed to provide continuing maintenance on the equipment listed below. The tasks should be scheduled to provide for the long-term care of the equipment listed. Each service visit should be scheduled and prepared by the Contractors dispatch system. The Contractor will be responsible for contacting the facility and scheduling visits.
