A. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays the Contractor must: 1. Sweep lobby, hallway, and restroom. 2. Spot vacuum specific areas as needed and/or at the request of the Department. 4. Clean and sanitize the inside and outside of sinks and toilets, diaper changing station, and handicapped handrails. 5. Clean and fill all toilet paper, soap, towel etc. dispensers and replace batteries as needed. 6. Clean mirror. 7. Empty all trash cans and wastepaper containers daily and replace soiled liners as needed. a. The Contractor must NOT empty paper recycle containers. 8. Clean lobby door, window, and reception glass. 9. Check walls for visible dirt and spot wash as needed. 10. Clean and disinfect handrails and doorknobs. 11. Clean and disinfect reception counter. B. Weekly the Contractor must: 1. Mop all hard surface floors. 2. Vacuum offices. 3. Dust lobby, window frames, and walls. 4. Wipe down counter tops, windowsills, and conference room table. 5. Empty cigarette receptacle. 6. Sweep entry way...
