The basic service objective includes the following: 1.3.1. The service provider shall establish a system of interconnected cameras on established communication towers, collectively capable of observing all of Fort Benning. 1.3.2. The service provider shall integrate cameras, mapping technology, artificial intelligence technology, and expert verification to precisely detect the location of wildland fires on or adjacent to Fort Benning. 1.3.3. The service provider shall promptly notify a rotating roster of emergency personnel once a wildland fire is detected and located. 1.3.4. The service provider shall own, operate, and maintain all hardware and software used to complete the wildland fire detection and notification services throughout the period of performance.
