1 The Offeror understands the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) is looking for a qualified contractor to install a service pier at the Carter Bight Landing Road, Surrency, Ga. 31563 (31.861950, -82.114850). The pier is currently at this location. Can you meet this requirement? No 2 The Offeror understands they must have a minimum of five (5) years continuous experience in dock installation and must provide a minimum of three (3) references. This information must be included on Attachment H-Reference Form and included as part of the bid package. Can you meet this requirement? Yes 3 No 4 The Offeror understands that all sections of the structure (60’ gangway & 30’ service piers or docks – 2 of these) will be placed to the right side/downstream side of the boat ramp if one is facing the water. The installation will be entirely parallel to the ramp. Can you meet this requirement? No 5 The Offeror understands they must drive 12" pile anchors at 5 locations, 4 on the service pier and 1 on the gangway.
