The City of Seaford is accepting sealed bids for running and operating 2003 Trommel 600 Powerscreen. The starting bid will be $7,500. Sealed bids must be received at Seaford’s City Hall at 414 High Street, Seaford, DE or by mail to P.O. Box 1100, Seaford, DE 19973, Attn: City Manager by 2 p.m. on October 8, 2025. Bid may be awarded at the regular meeting of Mayor and Council on October 14, 2025. To view the Powerscreen in advance, please call Bryant Tifft at 302-629-8340 to make an appointment. The equipment will be sold as-is, where is. Payment is due within 14 days of the bid date, and the unit must be removed from our property within 30 days of the bid date at buyer's cost. Mayor & Council reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
