Vendor to supply all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals and to perform all operations needed to conduct annual inspections of equipment listed in “Attachment No. 1” per the following specifications for the Narragansett Bay Commission (NBC) Machine Condition Assessment (MCA) program. Service locations to include but are not limited to the following: A. Field’s Point Complex including Wind Turbines and satellite pump stations B. Bucklin Point Complex including satellite pump stations C. Coventry Wind Turbines A. Section 1: Electrical Equipment Testing: 1. The vendor shall provide testing of all the equipment listed but not limited to that in “Attachment No. 1” per the International Electrical Testing Agency (INETA) Maintenance Testing Specifications 2019 or later edition. 2. Any testing requirements marked in the latest INETA Specifications marked as an option or optional should not be included in bid price. However, if MCA vendor considers it to be necessary, the vendor shall submit a separate price for each option on separate vendor letterhead page(s). Optional items must be clearly identified. Once the bid is awarded, the optional testing services will be reviewed with NBC Personnel. 3. INETA numbering system is from the 2015 Maintenance Testing Specifications.
