The STATE’s EIS is in need of the following contracted Fee-For-Service (“FFS”) EI services: assistive technology; care coordination; family training, counseling, and home visits (“FTCHV”)-hearing; FTCHV-positive behavioral support; psychology; social work; special instruction; and vision. The contracted EI services being requested are to support EI needs statewide as specified in the child’s IFSP, on an as needed basis within specific geographic service areas. The contract term will be from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with an option to extend. Applicants are encouraged to attend the RFP Orientation Meeting. NOTE: Attending the RFP Orientation Meeting is not a requirement. Refer to the RFP Section 1.7, RFP Orientation, for more information.
