Contractor will: 1.6.1. Be responsible for providing all Window Film, installation products, and tools to install Window Film; 1.6.2. Provide specifications for Window Film being used. Window Film must be equal to or better than 3M Ultra Prestige Series Riot Proof window film. The functions and features specified are vital to the operation of this facility, and therefore, the acceptance of alternate manufacturers does not release vendor from strict compliance with these requirements. Using one Window Film for both applications is preferred. Window Film with built in mirror tint should closely match Player Services exterior windows: 1.6.2.1. Player Services exterior windows can be viewed at the optional walk-through listed in this ITB. Awarded Contractor may include in their negotiated schedule with Lottery Project Manager time to view existing window tint and make final measurements before ordering product and/or supplies. The Window Film: 1.6.2.2. Must be capable of providing improved heat reflection; 1.6.2.3. Must be capable of limiting visibility into the building; 1.6.2.4. Must use the current openings (field measuring required);
