Perform base mapping for the project area plus a minimum of 250 . beyond the project boundary in all direcons. Provide topographic, trees, ulity, hardscape, and metes and bounds surveys for the project areas plus each neighboring parcel and any Right-of-Way (ROW). Include photogrammetric model for use in digital modelling. The Consultant shall propose all surveying details as required to meet project objecves. Ulize current Canal benchmarks and canal staoning / mileposts to determine topographic survey along with the following: Project Control Survey – set permanent survey monuments for design and future construcon. Provide a water level chart for all seasons showing high and low navigaon limits and the range of operaon of the floang dock Boundary/property survey, including all easements and rights of way by NYSCC on adjacent lands and vice versa Ulity survey Wetland delineaon The consultant will prepare a topographic survey map that is a graphic pictorial representaon of exisng site features observed at the me of field survey such as buildings, curbs, sidewalks, roadways, driveways, retaining walls, site furnishings, ulity hardware, vegetaon, exisng trees and surface informaon 25 feet off the shoreline. The topographic map will depict spot elevaons and contours at a one (1)-foot contour interval. Resulng horizontal datum shall be New York State Plane East Coordinate System NAVD83 and the vercal datum shall be North American Vercal Datum NAVD88.
