Services may include, but are not limited to: 1. Electrical Services • Troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems, including lighting, outlets, switches, and circuit breakers. • Replacing or installing light fixtures, ballasts, and other electrical components. • Ensuring compliance with electrical codes and standards. • Minor design and permit services. • Installation of new electrical circuits, breakers, fixtures, outlets, etc. 3. Plumbing Services • Diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures. • Maintaining and replacing sinks, toilets, faucets, and water heaters. • Inspecting and servicing water and sewer lines as needed. • Minor design and permit services. • Installation of new water and sewer pipes, fixtures, and appurtenances. 4.
