The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as “VDOT”) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide on-call, as needed contracts for hourly rental of equipment with experienced operators and personnel to perform emergency road repairs, emergency pipe replacement and emergency restorative maintenance activities on the interstate, primary, and secondary roadways for the VDOT Richmond District within the cities/counties of Amelia, Brunswick, Charles City, Chesterfield, Colonial Heights, Dinwiddie, Petersburg, Goochland, Hanover, Henrico, Richmond, Lunenburg, Mecklenburg, New Kent, Nottoway, Powhatan, Hopewell, Prince George as related to a Declaration of State of Emergency, in accordance with the specifications contained herein.
