Graham Correctional Center seeks a Vendor to replace and upgrade its Sally Port Gates System. The goal is to ensure safe, secure, and efficient operation of the Sally Port Gates, which serve as the primary controlled access point for the facility. These gates are used multiple times daily to regulate the movement of vehicles, staff, visitors and deliveries. The project will involve the removal and replacement of aging and defective equipment – including rolling mechanisms, motors, pups, hydraulic hoses, and electrical components-and will upgrade the control systems to ensure consistent and reliable gate operations. The existing Sally Port Gates and associated systems are original to the facility and have exceeded their useful life cycle. The scope of this project includes: • The complete removal and replacement of all faulty or outdated components associated with the inner and outer Sally Port Gates, including mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems. • The installation of new Sally Port Gates and a new gate track system designed for enhanced durability, performance, and security. • Upgrades to the gate control systems, including hardware and software improvements. • Physical gate repairs or replacements as needed to accommodate new equipment and ensure full operational functionality. This comprehensive replacement and upgrade will restore the integrity and reliability of the Sally Port Gates and improve overall facility security and operational efficiency.
