Contractor shall: A. Furnish new waste containers or TMD approved previously used containers. Containers must function properly, are neat in appearance and do not leak excessively. B. Contractor shall place the containers in locations agreed upon by the TMD Contract Manager and Contractor. C. Adhere to an agreed upon pickup schedule. If Contractor is unable to pick-up a specific dumpster, due to circumstances beyond their control, Contractor will provide photographic, time stamped, evidence of any vehicle, object, or debris preventing access to the dumpster. Upon review, TMD will remove the obstruction, and may request a service call to have the dumpster emptied. D. Location site of containers shall be kept clean, neat, and free from debris. E. Collect, transport, and dispose of all non-hazardous solid waste materials. All waste collected and removed by Contractor shall be disposed of at an authorized, licensed disposal site.
