DESCRIBE HOW THE SYSTEM WILL RECEIVE AND PROCESS MULTIPLE TYPES OF CALLS (I.E., *THP, ADMINISTRATIVE, TRANSFERS, ETC.) AND HOW THE SYSTEM DIFFERENTIATES BETWEEN THOSE TYPES OF CALLS. SHOW HOW THE SYSTEM PRESENTS TO THE TELECOMMUNICATOR IN CALL QUEUES AND THAT CALL QUEUES ARE ROLE-BASED AND RIGHTS-BASED ACCORDING TO PARAMETERS SET BY THE STATE. 6. DESCRIBE HOW THE SYSTEM HANDLES THE REDIRECTION ON “NO ANSWER” CALLS (RONA) AND THE ABILITY TO CONFIGURE THESE CALLS WITHIN AND BETWEEN THE STATE’S ECCS BASED ON THE CALL QUEUES. 7. PROVIDE A DESCRIPTION OF MULTIPLE AND CONFIGURABLE USER STATUS CODES (I.E., READY, ON CALL, TRAINING, DISPATCH, ETC.) 8.
