Remove insulation, metal jacketing and piping back to the closet point for the removal and installation of the new cooling tower. Furnish and install new piping, isolation valves (if necessary), insulation and metal jacketing. Shall include CWS, CWR, make-up water, drain, overflow piping. New starter/control panel. Remove all existing incoming electrical and control wiring serving the existing starter/control panel. Furnish necessary supports and mounting hardware for the installation of the new starter/control panel. Furnish and install new conduit and wiring for the electrical and control requirements serving the starter/control panel, Contract shall provide and install two (2) VFD’s for the fan motors Electrical/Controls.
