NORTH ENTRANCE 1. Three (3) sets of satin-finish bronze exterior entrances, each consisting of two (2) swing doors, frames, upper transom window frames, scroll work, thresholds and four (4) handles. Strip, deep clean, and lacquer. 2. Three (3) sets of satin-finish bronze interior side of the exterior entrance consisting of bronze panic bars, frames around, and upper trim around the window frames. Strip, deep clean and, and lacquer. The interior sides of the doors are badly burnt from being improperly maintained. 3. Three (3) sets of satin-finish bronze interior entrances each consisting of two (2) swing doors, frames, and four (4) handles. Strip, deep clean, and lacquer both sides of all swing doors. 4. Two (2) bronze floor mounted ornate lamp posts. Strip, deep clean, match with bronze powders, and lacquer. 5. Exterior satin-finish bronze handrails, post caps, mounting hardware, and handicap ramp. Strip, deep clean, and lacquer. WEST ENTRANCE 6. Both sides of the satin finish bronze exterior entrance consisting of two (2) swing doors, frames, transom window frames, handles, and thresholds. Strip, deep clean and, lacquer. 7. Both sides of the satin-finish bronze interior entrance consisting of two (2) swing doors, frames, and handles. Strip, deep clean, and lacquer. 8. One (1) ornate bronze transom above the exterior west entrance. Strip, deep clean, and lacquer. If the upper transom can be removed and replaced by the building, then we can refinish both sides. If not cannot be removed, we cannot refinish the back side 9. Two (2) bronze floor-mounted ornate lamp posts. Strip, deep clean, powder the bronze, and lacquer. 10. Exterior satin-finish bronze handrails, post caps, mounting hardware, and handicap ramp. Strip, deep clean, and lacquer.
