These buildings are located in Lowell, MA and the scope of work includes, but is not limited to, improvements to the existing fire stations. The selected Designer will provide full design services as defined and prescribed by the Commonwealth for projects of similar size, scope and complexity. The selected Designer will evaluate previously produced programming concepts and develop schematic design level scope and cost documents for the Owner’s approval. The Owner reserves the right to extend the contract to design development through final design services which may include cost estimating, production of construction bid documents, construction administration and construction monitoring phase services, and construction close-out. The selected Designer and its subconsultant will be responsible for collaborating with the Owner’s OPM and Technology Consultant for the coordination of all infrastructure and support requirements for the projects technology support systems.
