The Department of Inspection & Code Enforcement anticipates that various types of projects will be required under this contract, including Post Disaster Windshield Assessments according to FEMA’s guidelines and Substantial Damage Assessments/Estimates according to FEMA’s guidelines. Contractor will be required to use Jefferson Parish’s Damage Assessment Web-Based Tool for both assessments. As Needed Hourly Services could consist of working with the CITY Staff to create letters to property owners and assisting with preparing reports for submission to FEMA. Contractor is to provide all necessary equipment, materials, transportation, and labor for said services. Projects must be accomplished in a quality and timely manner.
