The exhibition is to be limited to the first floor of the building (See Figure 1). Additional signage outdoors is possible. Details for the performance of project tasks are included below. All work is to be conducted in accordance with applicable Federal, state, and local laws. The scope of work will include all professional services necessary to complete the requirements for this scope of work. Task 1 – Video Production The selected Contractor will be responsible for the professional production of the video elements of the exhibit, including casting, costumes, set decoration, filming and postproduction of a multi-part video focusing on two conversations in the Douglass House on the eve of the Battle of Princeton - one between George Washingon and his Generals, and a second among local militia men in the room next door. The script has been developed in a prior phase of the project and will be made available. It is anticipated that each scene will be 5-10 minutes in duration. Task 2 – Exhibit Production • Install the video presentation in the two rooms of Douglass House for optimal viewing and historical ambiance. • The respondent will provide all equipment required and make sure it is installed with sensitivity to the historic nature of the interior of the historic structure. Any alterations to the building must be approved by the city in advance. • Coordination with the city in fabrication of additional visitor information materials, including signage and collateral materials/links. As an alternate element, the city is requesting the design and fabrication of a 3D relief battlefield map of New Jersey set into a table with lights to show the movement of troops in the months surrounding the Battle of Trenton. • Accessibility for all ages and abilities should be considered and accommodated to highest extent possible; the city will assist in providing translation services and a web site.
