South Carolina State University intends to award a sole source contract to Givzey Inc. for its web-based fundraising platform, which will serve as the official system for the University's Foundation. This software is designed to enhance and simplify the donor experience, making it easier to contribute to the University's capital campaign. The campaign aims to expand scholarship opportunities for students facing financial challenges in pursuit of higher education. Givzey Inc.'s platform will also reduce the need for manual processes, improving operational efficiency. As part of the implementation, the University will integrate Version2.ai’s Virtual Engagement Officer (VEO), which will help lower staffing costs, automate weekly reporting, and improve the accuracy and consistency of data management.
