The South Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking bids for an On Call Contract to furnish and deliver Concrete and Flowable Fill to various locations in Chesterfield County, per the specifications herein. All quantities listed in the bid schedule are estimates only and will be used solely for evaluation purposes. All associated costs per line should be all inclusive. The contractor shall provide the following: 1. Ready-Mix Concrete: o Mix designs meeting SCDOT specifications (e.g., Class A, B, C, and D). o Strength classes (e.g., 3000 PSI, 4000 PSI, etc.) as specified per job. o Delivery in accordance with job-specific schedules and timelines. 2. Flowable Fill: o Controlled Low Strength Material (CLSM), self-compacting, excavatable. o Mixes as per SCDOT requirements for trench backfill, utility cuts, or abandoned line fill. 3. Additional Requirements: o Delivery to multiple sites across Chesterfield County. o Compliance with all applicable safety and environmental regulations. o Availability for small quantity orders (minimum load charges to be included in total price). o Timely delivery including off-peak or emergency requests. o Fuel surcharge, environmental fees, admixtures, washout, waiting time, and small load fees to be all-inclusive in unit bid prices. o Provide batch tickets upon delivery with truck numbers, time, and mix information.
