1. Provide basic work zone traffic control according to the contract documents and as ordered by the Engineer. 2. Perform 2” production mill and 2” inlay to mainline without shoulders. 3. Paving limits are the following: a. MP 419.40 to MP 416.86 EB b. MP 416.90 to MP 419.40 WB c. Cold mill to match existing (EB & WB). 4. Perform 2” mill and 2” inlay to Exit 49 ramp with shoulders, deceleration and acceleration lanes. 5. Perform full and partial depth pavement repairs, as needed, prior to inlaying operations. 6. Replace all pavement markings. 7. Perform vertical clearance improvements through reconstruction in both EB and WB directions at the following overhead bridge: a. MP 417.27 – BIN 5512160 – Exit 49 ramp 8. Replace existing box beam median barrier on Exit 49 ramp with new single slope concrete median barrier and transitions. 9. Replace existing guiderail in front of the gantry on Exist 49 ramp with new single slope concrete median barrier and transitions. 10. Replace existing guiderail with new guiderail at various locations. 11. Perform 1 ½” mill and waterproof asphalt overlay to BIN 5030279 – NY RTE 78 Transit Rd. 12. Perform culvert repairs to CIN 417.6301XX. 13. Clean closed drainage systems and drainage structures. 14. Replace various ground mounted traffic signage including: 15. Replace bridge joint seals at the following bridges: a. BIN 5511929 – Wehrle Dr. b. BIN 5511919 – Ellicott Creek 16. Perform miscellaneous work as ordered by the Engineer. 17. Clean and restore disturbed areas as ordered by the Engineer.
