Provide general contracting services, both interior and and some exterior, for construction of similar type buildings. This Project will include but not limited to framing, electrical, non electrical wiring, plumbing, HVAC, masonary, finishing, etc. The general contractor will be reponsible for all subcontractors and the subcontractors work and performance. The general contractor will be responsible for site security. Finally the contractor is responsible to both WSU Facilities Management and WSU College of Health Professions to insure that the construction is completed as designed and on time before Fall Semester 2025. The contractor will at all times be aware of the critical nature this project and how it impacts the campus.
