1. Remove and replace current doors and replace with new ones. 2. Doors are of fir wood construction with full view glass and 12” bottom rails. Dimensions are 6’ wide and 6’3-3/4” in height. They are manufactured by VictorBilt. See attachment 2 -Drawings. 3. 8 are to be left hand outswing (right side inactive), 2 are to be right hand outswing (left side inactive) 4. Cottage #10 must have an ADA accessible threshold, the sill is “7/8. 5. Door locks and handles are not in the scope of work. 6. Any identified trim, thresholds and framing to be included in bid. 7. The contractor will be responsible for removing project debris and keeping the job site clean on a daily basis. 8. Unless agreed to beforehand by the owner, all work shall be accomplished during normal park hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). Weekend work to be approved prior to performing work. 9. All doors must be replaced between January 6th and January 30th, 2026. 10. Timing is of the essence for this project. All work MUST be completed by the deadline. 11. The order of work on individual buildings shall be at the direction of CCPRC in order to eliminate conflicts with reservations at the facilities by CCPRC customers. 12. Contractor must protect the surrounding area of each facility, including boardwalks, sidewalks, and vegetation. 13. Contractor is responsible for following all safety codes and regulations and will maintain a safe work area by securing work areas from public. 14. Contractor must supply all warranty information upon completion of the project
