The International Plaza (IP) is located on the west side of the Nashville International Airport along Briley Parkway at Two International Drive. The Property consists of a 5.461-acre site and a nine-story office building with potentially 133,641 square feet of cleanable square footage to receive custodial services (Contract Area). As of September 18, 2025, there are 23 tenants leasing 103,839 square feet of office space and 19,042 square feet of common area space, including 25 restrooms. The building was constructed in 1975 and renovated in 1993. In addition to the day porter, the night cleaning crew will be required to be staffed appropriately with a supervisor on site daily. Because of security clearance requirements for the FAA office areas, the Authority may request the Contractor to retain the current day porter assigned to clean the FAA office space until other contractor employees can acquire the necessary security clearance and badging. The Contractor does have the option to negotiate with the current FAA assigned day porter and retain them as a full-time employee.
