A. Provide a DI system that generates, at minimum ASTM Type II water. B. Provide in-line quality monitors to alert users when resin tanks need to be changed. C. Provide in-line water monitors that can be used for calculating water consumption, for billing purposes. D. Provide a system that delivers a minimum 3 gallons per minute. System operates on tap pressure within a pressure range of 25-60 psi. If the pressure drops from the deionized system requires larger service tanks, the upgrade parts shall be included, along with the installation. E. Provide service tanks. Tanks shall be ABS lined fiberglass with inert plastic heads, fittings and quality detectors to prevent corrosion to maintain water quality. Tanks shall also be sized appropriately at each site. F. Bleed the air from the replacement resin tanks and the associated deionized water lines after each tank exchange. G. Return, at no charge, for any maintenance that remains unresolved. For example, if there is air remaining in the lines and additional bleeding is required.
