Contractor shall, in a satisfactory and proper manner as determined by the City Manager of the City, perform all the necessary services under this Agreement in connection with the purpose of the project as outlined by the Department of Transportation & Engineering in its Request for Proposals. Contractor shall perform the services as outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof. Contractor warrants that the Services shall be performed in a good, timely, and professional manner by qualified staff and in accordance with generally accepted professional practices. The Contractor further warrants that the design and recommended solution are workable and capable of meeting the objective and purpose of the project as described in this Agreement.
