The objective of this contract is to implement a centralized solution that may be sued to store COTA’s ESI and provide an e-discovery tool that is focused on maintaining and retrieving ESI including all COTA email messages, Microsoft Teams Messages, One drive files, SharePoint files, documents, cloud storage, and related data/metadata. The following functionality is required: 1. The solution must ensure that ESI is securely maintained in compliance with COTA’s retention schedules (e.g., 7 years for Electronic Mail) and other legal requirements, including implementing litigation holds and preventing the alteration or deletion of data. 2. The solution must provide a SaaS to ingest all COTA’s current data in compliance with retention schedules. 3. The solution must provide a SaaS backup for all emails, Microsoft Teams messages, One Drive files, SharePoint files, Outlook, metadata, and other related structured data. 4. The solution must have the capability to download all backup data from COTA’s previous platform and perform all searches on COTA’s downloaded data from the previous platform in the same manner as it does for current data.
