Oregon Department of Transportation (“Agency” or “ODOT") is requesting Proposals from eligible Price Agreement holders (identified above) regarding specific A&E Related Services experience relevant to the Clackamas River Trail (Happy Valley) project (the “Project”), and as further described in section 4. The Project is a Local Public Agency (“LPA”) project for the City of Happy Valley (“City” or “LPA”) delivered by ODOT. The expected outcome of the WOC is to complete Project refinement for a continuous, off-road trail (see Attachment D Project Map) between Oregon Highway 212/224 interchange and Springwater Bridge (the “Project Area”). The resulting pathway will function as regional trail and a multiuse path, separated from motor vehicle traffic and connecting reginal destinations. Agency reserves the right to modify the Services as necessary to meet Agency needs.
