Request for Proposals (RFP) for LEASE of A Portion of Lot 1, Block 7A, Tidewater Development Park (Breakwater Fill Lot) The City of Cordova (the “City”) is considering disposing of through a Lease, a Portion of Lot 1, Block 7A, Tidewater Development Park (the “Property”). The Property is currently 40,259 square feet, with a usable pad of approximately 20,000 square feet and 15,000 square feet of riprap extending from the pad down to the mean high tide line. This property is not zoned however, the zoning area surrounding this lot is Waterfront Industrial Park District. The lease of the property will be for a portion of the property to exclude the City T-Dock. Final boundary lines for the lease area to be negotiated between the City and selected proposer.
